The main offshore locations in comparison: China, Eastern Europe and India all have advantages and disadvantages a company thinking about redeploying tasks abroad should be familiar with.
The following criteria are important when assessing the suitability of an offshore location:

• size of the company and services offered
• conditions and their development
• IT staff capacities and their fluctuation
• market resources (training and infrastructure)

In addition, „soft“ factors such as culture, language, and the legal system play an important role when deciding on an outsourcing location.
